Where it all began
Nick Fox (founder) opened the doors of Stanway Interiors in 2012. Since then, we have seen many successes and worked with a variety of clients, from Victoria Beckham to MTV delivering projects in a multitude of sectors and in all surroundings. Whether that be occupied, or in multi-tenanted environments - we provide a service that's fit to suit all clients.
Core beliefs
Our belief is that we are stronger together. Our services

CAT A
We are frequently tasked with returning space back to Cat A for handing back to the Landlord, or for subletting when our customers’ business requirements change. We also take newly constructed or refurbished buildings from shell and core to Cat A for building owners and developers. Our fit out services include structural modifications, such as the installation of staircases to connect floors, and infilling of atrium’s to create additional lettable space. We have also added in mezzanine levels and connected two buildings with a new enclosed walkway.

CAT B
We’ve delivered Cat B fit outs in all sizes of buildings, refurbished offices in occupation, delivered small works to improve client operations, upgraded mechanical, electrical and technical services, and decommissioned space when our client has reached the end of their lease. Our corporate tenant clients represent some of the world’s most well-known organisations in industries that include finance, law, insurance, media and many more. All our projects include a significant amount of mechanical, electrical and data works. We have extensive experience of incorporating cutting edge technical services and integrating these seamlessly with the building management systems.

Mixed-use
We’ve delivered residential projects for private clients and residential developers, refurbished to the highest of standard. Along with full refurbishments we have also delivered small works to improve our clients’ properties and general layouts to improve their everyday lives. Our mixed-use and residential clients include celebrities, developers and high net worth individuals. The majority of our projects include external changes, structural alterations, new mechanical and electrical systems, staircases, kitchens, luxury bathrooms, wine cellars, gyms, bedrooms, loft extensions, balconies, and external landscape works. We have extensive experience of delivering high quality interior and exterior fit outs for all our clients.
