The Brief
Prestigious design and fit out for multiple private clients within Bankside Lofts development , with complex logistics around the building grounds for deliveries and movement of waste. Bankside lofts is one of the first iconic Southbank skyscraper s which has flourished and expanded over the last 15 years.
The Outcome
The team delivered a high-quality finish and required a meticulous eye for detail to ensure the finishes were impeccable. Additional bedrooms were created via newly formed mezzanine floors and bespoke joinery was constructed to create space saving storage, wardrobes, and staircases. Overhaul of the building services, integration of smart technology for new AV systems and electronic blinds were also added. New kitchen and bathrooms with marble sourced from Italy, polished hardwood flooring, and decoration throughout finished off the job.
