The Brief
CSM Sports & Entertainment briefed Stanway to create a dynamic office space that reflected their work, enabling them to entertain both staff and clients. They required an 'immersive experience' from the moment clients and staff enter the office, which involved a tunnel surrounded by brand graphics displayed on large AV screens. CSM and Chime occupy 62 Buckingham Place which is one of the most prestigious business addresses from the 1960's.
The Outcome
Stanway delivered various office suites, auditorium-inspired social and entertainment area, bespoke seating and stage, feature tea point hub and a clever way-finding feature - naming meeting rooms after worlds sports stadiums. A games area, built in lockers, and open plan working zone were also produced. Extensive building services were installed comprising new HVAC and fresh air, electrical power, LED lighting, fire alarms and exposed services. Solid and Crittal glazed partitions, finished off with a mixture of timber flooring and polished concrete floors with decorations throughout completed the job.
