The Brief
MTV approached Stanway to deliver a new and unique office space in London's Camden, well known for established, budding artists and creatives alike. MTV is the leading youth entertainment brand, best placed to watch the network's original series, see the latest music videos and stay up to date on today's celebrity news. It was important to reflect their strong brand culture into the office space and showcase some of their most popular music and TV shows through AV and art features.
The Outcome
Stanway worked closely with the client to ensure their aspirations could be met and resulted in a design that not only succeeded in delivering their vision but also ensured that all workplace needs were met. Stanway created a unique open plan creative hub, with a double height ceiling which housed large AV screens broadcasting iconic music channel’s content in their London HQ offices. Other key features included bespoke joinery and fabrics, M&E services throughout, AV and IT and bespoke bench seating. Internal glazing, acoustic panels which doubled up as a feature wall and stylish decoration throughout. Feature lighting which included two astronauts suspended from the ceiling with light projecting from their visors was an exciting feature of the project.
