The Brief
Pepper is a well established , end-to-end mortgage third party, loan service and asset manager. They approached Stanway to transform their work space based at Harman House, into a modern, flexible and agile working environment that encourages staff productivity and collaboration. Harman House is a 9-storey, multi-let, landmark building in the centre of Uxbridge , therefore Stanway had to be mindful of the other tenants within the building during the build process.
The Outcome
Stanway completed a modern, agile working space within the newly refurbished Grade A office space. Key features included, reconfigured M&E system to suit new layout, high specification furniture, feature lighting, acoustics and branding throughout. Agile working and open plan social breakout space, tea-point, reception area, glazed partitions and built-in storage units completed the transformation.
