The Brief
Thackeray Group is a leading property development, investment and asset management business with a track record of regenerating sites. They acquired Putney Assembly Rooms with the intention to strip out the existing works with full CAT A+ revamp. Working with Thackery Estates and Thirdway Architects, Stanway took the project forward from Stage 3 developed design, helping with finalising final drawings and working closely with the landlord throughout the duration of the project.
The Outcome
The Assembly Rooms offers well configured office floors arranged over 4 levels. The building has been designed to deliver a 'best-in-class' working environment with meticulous detail given to materials, integration of technology and energy efficiency. Stanway delivered a full CAT A+ fit-out which included:
Installation of full mechanical, electrical and public health services, fitting out works to reception, cores, common areas and back of house areas, external works - Installation of main entrance door/ screen, completion of roof terrace works, overseeing installation of Lift (order placed), final Commission of all MEP services, sustainable fixtures and finishes, feature foliage wall in hall way and reception area, installation of bespoke lighting at the reception.
