The Brief
Tag Worldwide is a global creative production and sourcing partner to brand and agency's. They selected 1-5 Poland Street, in the heart of Soho, to be their new global and EMEA HQ in London. The building is a striking art-nouveau building, comprehensively redeveloped behind a retained façade in 2021 to provide a modern highly specified office. The goal of Tag's redesign was to create an inspiring and dynamic office space that reflected their strong brand culture as well as fitting their current business needs.
The Outcome
This fit-out included open plan dedicated desk space, hotdesking area, private offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, kitchen area and tea points throughout, phone booths and plenty of collaborative and agile space. The specialist items installed would be the corrugated curved walls that flow across the project on all floors, there are dark zones & light zones set out across floors so that TAG’s tenants can work in all types of workplace settings they need. Full revamp of all existing timber flooring with sanding and new lacquer. High quality joinery items installed with recyclable products to tea points on ground & 4th floor and fully recyclable reception desk. There have also been acoustic walls & panelling installed in the quiet rooms & writable wall finishes to the meeting rooms.
