The Brief
Our team carried out the comprehensive fit out for The Office Group to complete a full Internal CAT A and CAT B fit-out from the basement to the 6th floor of Brock House. The Office Group selected Brock House because of the buildings rich history and the central location. The design was inspired by the buildings previous past life's - once a car dealership in 1917, and also the home of the BBC from 1927 onwards. Their intention was to build a spacious, modern workplace where projects can come to life, featuring a rich colour pallete and an abundance of natural light.
The Outcome
Revamping all existing areas of CAT A install followed by a full CAT B of all the office spaces, meeting rooms, conference rooms & solo working areas such as phone & focus booths. High finish bespoke joinery throughout, high spec finishes throughout including full stainless steel balustrade with knurling features, a bespoke marble reception desk & micro-screed flooring. This fit-out also included MEP services, internal partitions, raised access floors, fixtures and fittings and decorations throughout. These works included various communal tea points, relaxing areas, working areas and a small internal gym and bike storage in the basement.
