The Brief
Prestigious design and fit-out on the top floor of Berkeley Square House in Mayfair for Tristan Capital Partners. Tristan are an independent real estate investment management boutique and required more space for their growing team and provide a high-spec space to suit the needs of their well established clients.
The Outcome
Stanway had to work cautiously on this listed site and develop a thorough logistics plan to mitigate any risks. Key features of this project included bespoke joinery throughout, new carpets, feature marble flooring in reception area, partitioning, tea-point, high acoustic works for executive office spaces, board room and other meeting spaces. Installation of new WC facilities, full M&E services with feature lighting and raised access floors. External works included the creation of a new balcony with architectural glass balustrade and timber decking.
