The Brief
Situated in North London, this unique project for our Confidential Client includes numerous high-end finishes creating a luxurious and homely office space. Set out over 3-floors within a period property we had to overcome complex logistical challenges due to the location within a predominantly residential area. Another challenge Stanway overcame was implementing mechanical and electrical equipment by installing a new feed from UK power networks in line with local Government requirements.
The Outcome
Stanway delivered the reception room, dining area and social space which included feature walls, bespoke joinery including timber clad walls and stalls in meeting room of new WC's, hard wood flooring, feature lighting, meeting spaces, video conference room, board room, metal tile feature wall, executive offices, full high-spec kitchen suite to provide catering for staff and events, original art-work, new security system including shutters,
