The Brief

Accel is one of the UK's biggest tech investors working with the likes of Facebook, Dropbox, Spotify and Deliveroo. Accel needed to increase the space that they occupied and move to one of The Crown Estates landmark redevelopments, 1 Burlington Place, to support their expansion. The client wanted a collaborative, innovative and flexible office to meet the needs of their expanding team.

The Outcome

Stanway delivered a stunning fit-out within a BREEAM Excellent office space for Accel. We worked closely with the client team and delivered a complex, superior in quality, project. Key features include M&E adaptations of existing M&E to suit new layout, bespoke joinery, including a stone and bronze clad reception desk, tiled flooring, exotic wall and floor coverings, with new solid and glazed partitioning systems. Timber clad ceilings, with exposed services in the tea-point and dining areas, specialist feature lighting throughout, and a fully equipped gymnasium with luxury bathroom.
